Personally, I think it's a good idea to keep the translations from beginning picture pages. Kinny nor the other TLs chose not to do it, but leaving it in couldn't have a detrimental effect on the volume as a whole. Plus, removing that means all of the TL's effort was for naught for a part that is actually quite interesting. I've separated it as a prologue to keep a clear distinction from the rest of the chapter.

It wasn't deleted, it was put at the right place: the discussion pages of the pictures.

Sorry, I was a little lazy. It was also done this way for volume 4. It's temporary until someone (I?) edit the pictures with the translation.
