| + | I'm not sure how the structure of Volume 19 is organized, so I just grouped the similar sections in the list. If anyone knows how it should read, please feel free to rewrite it, or let me know. Also, I added the "Afterword" for each volume that is missing it, since it is a valid entry that we need to have open for registration (IMHO). I'm not sure how the structure of Volume 19 is organized, so I just grouped the similar sections in the list. If anyone knows how it should read, please feel free to rewrite it, or let me know. Also, I added the "Afterword" for each volume that is missing it, since it is a valid entry that we need to have open for registration (IMHO).
