Sinopse[edit]
A Magia Cristalina é a vanguarda da tecnologia mágica. Cobrir todo o corpo com uma armadura de Flores Cristalinas pode produzir uma variedade de fenômenos sobrenaturais. Mas devido a um erro, Utagai Karuta não recebe essa armadura especial, invocando uma obediente garota de cristal, Aine, em seu lugar.
Mas na Academia Oceânica Grimnoah de Magia Cristalina, no oceano, onde Karuta e todos os outros aprendem Magia Cristalina, uma senpai da geração anterior foi chamada como convidada. Essa usuária de Magia de Adoração a Deus é conhecida como a mais forte do mundo, sobe no palco e fala com todo o corpo discente. Isso inicia um choque entre as forças da magia moderna e da magia antiga:
“... Cada um de vocês é incompetente. Assim, a Academia Oceânica Grimnoah de Magia Cristalina será fechada imediatamente!!”.
