Is that "Rai Chiya Tsuta"? or "Ki-chatta"(来ちゃった, notice the small pieces)? I don't know about the first but "Ki-chatta", in these circumstances can mean "I came over (for a visit/to play/etc)" or "I've come over (for a visit/to play/etc)" or something similar (See [http://au.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20101029041029AAaVyNV here]).
