In the real world, no one actually has gray-colored hair. So-called "gray" hair is a mixture of black and white hair, of which hair is turning white due to a loss of pigmentation from old age. In the anime/manga/fictional world, however, anyone can have white hair even if they're not albinos or advanced in age.
