Formatting Rules
Update:
For several reasons, we decided to change the main narrating tense to present tense. Check for the forum, post #164 (page 11).
So as of now, these rules apply:
- Narration and thoughts are to be told in present tense.
 - Except for obvious exceptions such as flashbacks and the like. Let your common sense guide you on this one.
 - There is no more need to distinguish Direct thoughts from regular narration. If you don't know what Direct thoughts are, don't bother.
