"Свет Россия" - I guess, it's author's mistake. I can't even understand what it's supposed to mean~ This sentence on the map is plain mistake 'cause in English it'd be 'Russia Light'. 'Light' is as noun, of course. Actually, there was written about USSR, right? Or it was something like 'Russian Light' I hardly believe in it though...?

It's probably the scanlator's mistake. As far as I have read, USSR in Horizon isn't called Свет Россия or anything like that. In the raw map found in the first pages of the volume, USSR is called 上越露西亜, given a furigana スヴイエート・ルーシ (read as Suvieeto Ruushi, although the kanjis could actually read Shouetsu Roshia). As far as I know, it wasn't spelled like Свет Россия in the novel, so it was not the author's mistake. (But I could be wrong, since I haven't read past Book 1)
