Suggestion: 'To move/And to ask/Is to oppose[...]' -> 'Move./To ask/Is to oppose[...]'. I could be incorrect, but the line (in the picture) 'Ugoke' appears to be in the imperative, with the following two lines acting as an explanation for the imperative. That is 'To ask is to oppose those who will not give an answer, so move'. I checked the picture because it struck me as odd that moving would come before asking ('Act first and ask questions later'?) in 'To move and to ask'. (If there is no response to this, I may make the edit directly.
