Sabishigari is just the adjective form of sabishigariya, which can be translated like a thousand different ways ranging from fears loneliness/hates loneliness/gets lonely really easily/wants companionship/I want moar friends etc. etc. XD Another word that uses the same structure is 恥ずかしがり屋, if you've heard of it. It's mostly translated as shy, but the full version is that they don't like getting embarrassed but are easily embarrassed.
