About the double dashes; just comes down to aesthetics. It looks nicer as a solid line in the speeches, rather than having that space inbetween them (in my opinion anyways). Sorry for missing them out on the previous parts :S --Drowzycow (talk) 12:52, 21 September 2012 (CDT)
