Handy Translation Editor (or "HaTrEd", as i call it xD):

(*I didn't upload it onto baka-tsuki, because it has nothing to do with translation projects itself. Note, it has html interface, so screenshot doesn't include any chrome at all, because it depends on your browser.)

Features:

• Paragraph-based unicode text editor.
• Represents text in 3 modes: Original, Translation and DualView in which original and translated versions of paragraph is showed side by side.
• Keyboard shortcuts for fast switching between paragraphs.
• Automatic translation of current paragraph using Google Translate.
• Translation of any word in current paragraph on request.
• Paragraph highlighting (mark it as "unfinished" for future translation, for example).
• Can export translation project in self-contained version for edition on another PC. It will have all edition features of original program (but limited to only one project and without saving on disk) in form of single html document.
• Working over network - sit in cafe and edit documents on your home PC thru your tablet, for example.

Advanced features:

• Interface built on HTML5+Javascript+CSS, so you can literally change everything in interface. For example - write a optimized version for tablet PCs, or change color of menu bar.
• Flexible file format, supporting additional information, which can be used to extend interface capabilities.

Unfortunately, now it's under developing. So only i can use it now, hehe I need some time to add missing features and polish it. Ask questions in discussion.
