Registration Page

Just noticed this:

Registration: I am not currently looking for help translating this. TL checkers are very welcome though.


Please understand that ALL projects at Baka-Tsuki MUST have a registration page, the policy of open translation should be applied with no exceptions, it is for the people that we serve and for the people that this place exist.

hence no monopoly of any one person can be sanctioned by the state.

I thank you for your contribution and your understanding of this situation.
