This is just a quick thing, and I'm not sure if its going through cause I don't know how this stuff works but to people who want to scold me; chances are its cause I don't really know how to work on wikis like this! I'm inexperienced and I don't know how to record my edits or talk to people or anything like that. SO before you chastise me or after the fact tell me how to do what I did wrong so I can still help!

Glad you ask, so usually if you want to be an editor you would ask the Project Manager or Supervisor. Alternatively an active translator or the main translator ( The one that translates the most material of the project), however you can't just put your name down and do no edits, you have to contribute with edits and such. Regarding major edits and what not, you should inform the translator with a msg on his discussion page; when editing, you can see a box at the end of the text labeled Summary, you can leave notes as to why you did such changes or leave msgs for the translator ( You can view this by clicking on view history of a page). To be a translator you just give a notice at the forum thread to be a translator for the project if there is one, otherwise go to the registration link and sign up for w/e chapters you want. It's good to notify the Proj. Manager or Supervisor that you want to be a translator for that proj. Hope this helps. --Dual Blades (talk) 15:17, 4 June 2014 (CDT)
