Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi
Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi (いつか天魔の黒ウサギ) is a Japanese light novel series written by Kagami Takaya (鏡貴也), with illustrations by Kamiya Yuu (榎宮祐), published by Fujimi Shobo under their Fujimi Fantasia Bunko label.
Story Synopsis

The story revolves around a school, which, unknown to most, contains gateways to all kinds of dimensions, containing all kinds of beings and powers. Humans would then try to harness such power for themselves. However, just then, a prophecy regarding the worlds, arises, speaking of an Apocalypse. Sadly enough, like most prophecies, it is spoken in code. Different power-holders have deciphered different amounts of the prophecy. Just what fate lies those in the center of the prophecy...?
The story begins with the protagonist, Taito Kurogane, a regular student at the school, during his normal daily lives, died in a car accident. As he died, a spell that was cast on him was broken, and his sealed up memories were awoken. When he was young, he met with a young and beautiful girl, that is actually an "Ancient Mage". This "Ancient Mage", hunted for her powers, was attracted by him, and eventually fell in love with him. She then used her powers, and poisoned him with an ability, the ability to not die unless he dies 7 times in 15 minutes. However, shortly after, they were attacked. The young Taito fights, but as a kid, he is powerless, and the "Ancient Mage" willingly left so as he would not be truly dead. His memories were also sealed up, thus leading to his normal daily lives...
Upon regaining his memories, he then sought to free the "Ancient Mage", Saitohimea, and then came to meet the twin brother who abducted her back then, the arrogant Gekkou Kurenai, and his childish familiar, Mirai Andou. Gekkou is on a quest to avenge his parents, to kill his very own twin brother. However, the two guys are unable to get along, so they quarrel endlessly, while working to achieve their goals. One sets off to protect Saitohimea, who has given up everything she has for him. The other to kill his own twin brother...
Yet unknown to any of them... They are all spoken of in the prophecy... What awaits them at the end? Only time will tell...
