Way back in the first volume, we only had a normal gauntlet. Then it turned into full armor. Then it turned into full armor that could turn into 3 specialization modes. And then it got a single form that did all of that.
After reading this, are you telling me that Issei just became Ultraman? Freakin' awesome.

This is something similar to a reality marble from Fate/Stay Night. Reality Marble is high-class thaumaturgy that embodies their internal worlds and imprints them upon the world as a bounded field. Emiya Shirou's reality marble is Unlimited Blade Works, which stores all his imagined swords.
