Kinny Riddle's Post[edit]

Kinny Riddle's post had indicated that Endless Eight was to happen before Lone Island Syndrome when it's actually the other way around according to Sushi-Y. Could we get a clarification on this?

From what has been translated so far, it is clear that Endless Eight comes after Lone Island Syndrome. Lone Island Syndrome is set in mid-July (the beginning of summer vacation), while Endless Eight is set in August (near the end of vacation).

Haruhi Theater[edit]

OK, so what's the deal with that?? Where exactly do these chapters fit into the continuity of the series. I remember reading about kyon picturing Koizumi holding a crossbow and wearing medieval clothes in one of the main novels

They don't take place in the canon. They're basically what-if stories of what'd happen if Haruhi used the full extent of her power. --AuraTwilight 16:03, 14 December 2007 (PST)
The following (from Snow Mountain Syndrome) makes me think that Haruhi Theater takes place some time before Snow Mountain Syndrome.
A very intense sense of familiarity hits me the moment I let that out. Just like that feeling I experienced during that endless August with the sudden memory disconnect. What is it? I shout out in my mind for a memories which I should not recall. Come on! Hurry!
...
I keep wracking my brain and a barely visible watermark appears. There's Koizumi in strange clothing, Haruhi, Nagato with Asahina-san, and lastly myself.
"Ahh there we go. Koizumi, for some reason, I keep thinking of you with a harp in hand and everybody being dressed in historical clothing and doing something..."
...
Damnit. I can't recall anything. My own logic dictates that I have no recollection of any alternate space, but my gut instincts deep inside tell me that is definitely not the case.
What could it be, although I can only recall key words in fragments, there are fleeting visions such as kings, pirates and gunfights in a spaceship drifting about in my mind. Just what is with this? My memory tells me that there's nothing of the sort, but what's with these pieces that I can't seem to piece together that are intertwined inside my heart? I can't put the whole picture together.
I think that they were temporarily stuck in another world or something, sort of like what happened with the mansion in the blizzard, hence Kyon's sense of familiarity. They then lost all memory of it when they returned to their original world, with no time passing. But this may just be my strange delusions. In the end, it doesn't really matter.--Yggdrasil325 11:04, 2 December 2008 (PST)

Variation in translated title[edit]

On the main page, volume six is known as "The Wavering of Suzumiya Haruhi", however here its known as "The Trembling of Suzumiya Haruhi". For the sake of consistency, should one of these be changed?

The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya movie[edit]

How should the The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya movie be added to the timeline. (I figure the timeline is still a good resource, even if the translation project has been removed) --71.252.144.122 17:26, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
