Hey, I'm Irvan. Nice to meet you all.

Well, I'm really not good at introducing myself, but I'll try my best.... I was born in Indonesia on September 1987. Since I was little, I already taken interest on Anime and Manga stuffs. My first favorite anime is... well... I dare to say that it is Card Captor Sakura....Hmmm, a pretty old girlish anime, but still a masterpiece to me and I'm not embarrassed to admit that I really like it very much even till now.

Lately, I started to taken interest over Light Novel too. It started when I was visiting an anime discussion forum where one of the post linked me to Baka-Tsuki.org site. Ever since then, I have a new hobby for Light Novel beside Anime and Manga. My first read Light Novel is "Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai", a truly masterpiece of all-time. I really enjoy reading it for 3 years, waiting for every new chapters everyday. Sad, it already end, but a masterpiece still a masterpiece after all. Other favorite Light Novels that I read are "Baka to Tesuto to Syokanju", "Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai",and "Chuunibyou Demo Koi Ga Shitai" (not avaiable on Baka-Tsuki). From the titles, you could easily guess that my favorite genre is Romance-Comedy, but I also like other genre too (except for yaoi and shounenai).

About my language skill, I can use English a bit proficiently. I also learned Japanese a bit till Intermediate Level for 2 years, but never actively used other than to watch Anime or listening to music. Actually, sometimes it is fun to be able to understand a bit of Japanese when watching anime since most of time, I found that often the subtitle provided cannot truly express the feeling from the character's dialogue which could only be understand if you listen and understand the speech. I could read and write Hiragana and Katakana a bit proficient, but not for Kanji, I still need to use Dictionary or other helping tools for it if the furigana is not provided. Other than English and Japanese, I'm currently learning Deutsche Language too. Still the basic though, but at least I could understand a bit when used in conversation.

Thank you for reading my long uninteresting introduction. I hope that Baka-Tsuki last forever and keep releasing Light Novel.

Irvan.
