But, given that analyzing the supposed ambitiousness of said second line requires thought, it could be said to not be ambiguous, as the mere fact of said ambiguity's existence resolves the ambiguity. You are right about that, but I was referring to the grammatical ambiguity. You could interpret the phrase to mean that "rather obvious" is the actual answer, or that the answer is rather obvious. In any case, it certainly is true that the answer becomes self-evident. ThinkLife 02:34, 26 November 2010 (UTC)

Ah, I didn't notice that, I was assuming that the ambiguity was merely that of not stating the answer to the first line, but stating that it was obvious. Nested ambiguities: that's tricky. --Saganatsu 06:24, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
