Just noticed this:
We are doing some spring cleaning in our right groups (translator, editor, etc.), and people who have been inactive for more than a year are being removed. This unfortunatly appears to be your case.

Please understand that ALL projects at Baka-Tsuki MUST have a registration page, the policy of open translation should be applied with no exceptions, it is for the people that we serve and for the people that this place exist.
 
hence no monopoly of any one person can be sanctioned by the state.
