He is continuing from where C.E. left off. That being from Volume 4 onward. Do remember to use the 4 "~" to tag your posts. It gets confusing otherwise. As All Night said, [[Mizuho]]/sinemerald was in hiatus the last 6 months and is back up to v5ch4 p8. We just requested permission to transfer Mizuho's work to BT. And I decided to upload the images from the raws I have. really gratefull if this project will starting. the translator already lose their motivation when volume 5 chapter 3 completed. Many reader waiting for this project.
Volume 4 has been completed on http://sakurahonyaku.wordpress.com/ Volume 5 is only done up to chapter 3.
