I'm not exactly sure what this sentence is supposed to try to say so I haven't edited it, but it doesn't appear to be written correctly, "Bring matters to a close was Okaa-sama." Could someone please enlighten me on the meaning of the sentence? [[User:Darklight01|Darklight]] 03:08, 15 March 2013 (EST)

('I took aim only at the ones wearing' -> 'I took aim only at the one wearing'. *happiness at the continuing translation*) -[[Special:Contributions/180.43.16.157|180.43.16.157]] 03:30, 15 March 2013 (CDT)

(Regarding the Manzai footnote: 'Heiwa-boke' is in fact unrelated to manzai, though from the same root. It's probably closer to 'shougatsu-boke', in terms of describing a state of stupor. Shougatsu-boke is a stupor from late-night activities to celebrate the year changing, while heiwa-boke is a stupor from becoming too used to a peaceful environment (that is, losing one's sense of caution regarding possible dangers).)

Ah, thanks. I knew boke could also mean spacing out, but couldn't for the life of me see how to fit that in and went for something which I thought marginally kinda made sense in context if you made really generous allowances. Clears up a lot. Seit (talk) 04:08, 14 March 2013 (CDT)
