二人が喧嘩している隙に[during the interval in which the pair were fighting]

などと考える腹黒さ[The various wickedness being contemplated]

とは-this indicates that wickedness is being defined in some way

残念ながら [unfortunately]

無縁な少女なのである[ there was an unconnected girl]

As the pair fought, (insert name or description here) considered various dirty tricks when unfortunately(?) a girl unrelated to the fight appeared.
