Volumen 06 Capítulo 56 - Una Rápida Resolución

1ª Parte

En este mundo, existen algunos niños que nacen con ciertas anormalidades en su maná. Al decir anormalidad puede parecer que tienen enfermedades congénitas o malformaciones, pero en la mayoría de casos, el aspecto físico de estos niños es normal en todos los sentidos. Aunque lo único normal en ellos es como dijimos, su aspecto físico.

Los niños de los que hablamos poseen habilidades especiales desde el día que nacen, desde piernas increíblemente rápidas, fuerza sobrehumana, mejores sentidos sensoriales, su peso es tan ligero como una pluma, hasta en ocasiones un peso inusitadamente alto para su aspecto físico.

Aunque otras opciones posibles serían, matar todo lo que tocan, escupir fuego de sus bocas, venenos que emanan de las yemas de sus dedos, capaces de teletransportarse una distancia corta, o hasta lanzar rayos por los ojos. Pero es que hay más, inmunes a todo veneno o enfermedad, capaces de mantenerse descansados aunque no duerman nunca, o la habilidad para hacerle el amor a cientos de mujeres sin perder el ímpetu en ningún momento...

A los niños que nacen con estas habilidades excepcionales son llamados en este mundo como Miko o Niños Benditos y algunos hasta los llaman Hijos de Dios.

Por otro lado, si sus habilidades no son especialmente útiles o si generan molestias a otros o a ellos mismos se les llama Noroi-ko o Niños Malditos, pero dejemos este tema de momento.

Bueno, ahora que hemos explicado eso, hablemos un poco sobre la historia de la familia real de Shirone.

Actualmente hay 5 príncipes que residen en el palacio real, el mayor de todos tiene 32 años y el pequeño... realmente no importan mucho sus edades, lo que importa es, que en este país, a todo príncipe se le otorga el control directo de una escolta real. Esta escolta está formada por guardias que tienen la obligación de actuar como sus ojos, manos y pies desde una edad temprana, con la intención de que aprendan a controlar gente a su cargo.

Conforme van creciendo, si son capaces de obtener grandes resultados se les otorga un mayor número de guardias, mientras que si cometen errores ven ese número reducido. Esto sirve para que, una vez muera el rey, aquel príncipe con el mayor número de guardias reales en ese preciso momento, es proclamado nuevo rey. Así lo dicta la tradición en este reino.

La regla sería que cuantos más guardias tengas, mayor poder posees, básicamente. Le veo lagunas, pero en nuestro caso actual, el príncipe con más guardias reales es el primogénito. Es un chico con un ego algo excesivo debido a ser el hermano mayor, por lo que tiene cierta arrogancia, aunque esto es casi que lo apropiado en la realeza. Este príncipe posee 30 guardias reales.

Y el príncipe con el menor número de guardias resulta ser aquel que todo soldado del reino detesta, el 7º príncipe, Pax Shirone, que actualmente solo tiene un puñado de guardias, 3 en total.

Durante un tiempo vio como este número acababa llegando a 1, pero debido a que consiguió organizar un mercado de esclavos con contactos en la zona de conflicto al norte, obtuvo un soldado adicional; el 3º lo mencionaré después.

3 soldados, hablamos de un príncipe con una guardia tan reducida, por lo que su poder es casi inexistente.

Pero no obstante, existe un príncipe con un número todavía menor, en concreto, el tercer príncipe, Zanoba Shirone, con un número total de guardias reales de 0. Zero. Null.

Zanoba no posee ni un único soldado al que pueda dar órdenes, aunque antes de llegar a estos extremos, poseía un único guardia real llamado Ginger; la soldado con el rango nº 12 en cuanto habilidad en este reino. Pero llegó una situación en la que hizo un trueque por una estatuilla en concreto que hizo que Pax pasara a tomar control de ella.

Por lo visto, Ginger intentó resignar del puesto antes de que esto sucediera, pero Pax entró en pánico y decidió tomar a su familia como rehén para que, contra su voluntad, acabara formando parte de su guardia real.

Pues bien, el punto al que quería llegar, es, que el tercer príncipe, Zanoba Shirone es un Miko.

Posee una fuerza sobrehumana y cuerpo extremadamente resistente desde el momento que nació. Esa habilidad por sí sola le convertía en una persona sobresaliente y especial para el reino; puede que no fuera una habilidad de las más llamativas o poderosas, pero el rey estaba encantado con este hecho pensando que un Miko sería sin duda una gran personalidad en el futuro de su reino.

Este hecho resaltaba debido a que este país se encontraba tan cercano a la zona de conflicto del norte, por ese motivo, cualquier existencia que poseyera potencial para la guerra era digno de ser alzado frente a todos para que lo aclamaran. Gracias a este hecho, su madre, una concubina del rey ascendió en importancia en el reino.

Pero el rey, 3 años después, el rey dejó de alzar la existencia de su hijo. En concreto, cuando el 4º príncipe nació, momento en el que Zanoba había cumplido los 3 años. Puede que se tratara del 4º príncipe en orden de nacimiento, pero debido a que era el primogénito de la reina oficial del reino, su estatus se encontraba suficiente alzado. Todos en el reino lo celebraron, y se organizó una enorme ceremonia en palacio.

En esa ceremonia, Zanoba se acercó hasta donde se encontraba su hermanito y empezó a acariciar a su hermano menor recostado en su cuna, a lo que dijo, es adorable, parece un muñeco.

Todos los que escucharon esas palabras sonrieron y rieron ante la ocurrencia, ya que a Zanoba le gustaban los muñecos, normal teniendo 3 años. Y el hecho de que lo viera como algo que le gustaba les pareció... agradable.

Hasta que en el segundo siguiente, Zanoba le arrancó la cabeza a su hermano pequeño, como si se lo hubiera hecho a un muñeco.

La fiesta se convirtió en un infierno lleno de llantos agonizantes, y el rey junto a toda la guardia real enfurecieron y enviaron a la madre de Zanoba al exilio, aunque a Zanoba lo mantuvo en el país. En parte debido a que aun era joven y también porque se trataba de un Miko.

Por lo visto en este mundo, los Mikos son seres de suma importancia.

Tras este evento con el 4º príncipe, redujeron el número de guardas reales de Zanoba de 8 a 3; el rey incluyó un decreto que estipulaba que nunca se debía superar ese número para el tercer príncipe.

El siguiente incidente ocurrió cuando Zanoba alcanzó los 15 años. Por aquel entonces, aunque Zanoba se sentía extrañamente atraído por los muñecos, su juicio era indiscutible.

Debido a esto, se acordó que debería tomar como esposa a la hija de una familia influyente de una zona algo más al norte. La idea del rey era que, en tiempos de guerra, Zanoba gobernara en la frontera resistiendo todo ataque que recibiera sin caer.

La ceremonia de boda acabó sin ningún incidente, aunque a la mañana siguiente se descubrió a la esposa muerta sobre la cama y sin cabeza; probablemente en la que sería su noche de bodas Zanoba la había decapitado con sus manos.

El hecho de que la hija de una familia influyente había sido asesinada causó una guerra civil que no tardó en ser suprimida. Y el rey suprimió 2 de los guardias reales de Zanoba y ordenó confinarle en el castillo incapaz de salir hasta que se desencadenara una guerra.

También intentó quitarle todas sus muñecas favoritas a Zanoba, pero todo soldado que intentó ponerles la mano encima, murieron cuando el tercer príncipe les arrancó la cabeza.

El Príncipe Arrancacabezas Zanoba Shirone fue el nombre con el que le empezaron a conocer a partir de ese incidente.

Como era de esperar, llegados a este punto, el rey intentó pensar medios para evitar que esto ocurriera, pero siempre y cuando Zanoba tuviera muñecos y estatuas a su disposición, no daba problemas; siempre que se le regalaran en ocasiones estatuillas o figuras, Zanoba no actuaba de forma perjudicial.

Viéndolo de esta forma, decidió tratarle más como un arma peligrosa con forma de persona, llevando a que Zanoba fuera considerado casi un tumor en el palacio.

Volvemos a mi tiempo encarcelado, y, aunque actúe de forma arrogante explicándolo, todo esto lo escuché más tarde, ya que todavía no sabía que Zanoba era el mayor arma bélica del palacio real de Shirone.

2ª Parte

Zanoba volvió a la habitación con una sonrisa bobalicona, mientras que por mi parte, yo no sabía bien como reaccionar.

Mi mirada no se dirigía a su sonrisa, sino a lo que Zanoba estaba sujetando con sus manos.

"Shishou, ¿qué te parece? ¡Con esto me harás tu discípulo, ¿no es así?!"

"¡Auhhauauauau! ¡Para! ¡Detente, Zanoba!"

"Gritas mucho, Pax."

"¡Ahhhgahhhh!"

A lo que miraba, era a la cara del capturado Pax Shirone. Toda zona por la que había sido sujetado por Zanoba estaba chorreando de sangre, aunque no se trataba de su propia sangre, sino de la sangre que cubría completamente el cuerpo de Zanoba.

"..."

Me quedé sin palabras al no comprender lo que estaba ocurriendo. Porque de conversaciones amenas en las que hablábamos de discípulos y figuras, en algún momento desconodido para mí, pasamos a una película gore de horror. Para mí era imposible saber lo que estaba ocurriendo.

Zanoba is smiling away.

It's an innocent smile. Scary.

A bloodstained smile is something that a beauty is supposed to show.

If this otaku-like gangly older brother does it, it just seems bizarre.

"Stop it Zanoba! Release your hand!"

"It wasn't an imperial guard, it was something belonging to father, this country's soldiers."

Zanoba was smiling.

He was saying it as he smiled.

"Ginger as well, she had her family taken hostage."

"...Is that so?"

"Yes."

Ginger responded to the prince with her sword still drawn.

It was still with her sword drawn, but I wonder if that's fine.

Zanoba was without change wearing a smiling expression,

"Older brothers, do you remember Roxy?"

"Y-yeah. Pax's tutor..."

Adding to that, the soldiers were trying to save Aisha, from the moment they saw the voiceless incantation magic they realized I was Roxy's disciple.

Therefore, the soldiers began their plan.

First, start a fight at the slave market and make the market unusable.

Then, claiming that Aisha was taken away by a mysterious man, they started in pursuit of the private army.

After that they would talk to me about the situation and ask me to participate in rescuing the hostages.

They would launch an attack on the safekeeping place of the hostages when the security is weakened and save them.

And then, in return they would somehow save Lilia, that sort of flow.

Then, in regards to the rescue plan, they thought it would be setback, but it was realized.

When I wasn't at the inn, Ruijerd was there.

He heard the situation from the soldiers, it seems that it stirred him up and he saved the hostages in no time at all.

For the most part, it seems at that time he was using a false name.

After seeing the hostages home safely, Ruijerd planned to assault the castle, but the soldiers there said they would do it. Pride so to speak.

According to the soldiers' plan, after reporting that the hostages have returned, the prince would then hear about this in the slums and was planned to be murdered then and there.

If it's a murder in the slums, then he won't be quickly discovered, and they'll supposedly be able to hide the body.

It seems that the connection to the slave market was a bit wasteful, but taking the soldiers' families, moreover the imperial guards' families hostage, then capturing me who they would normally try to win over as a court magician, and even more so in order to try and lure out Roxy to rape and kill her.

He really had no choice but to discipline him there.

Since there's the matter of appearance, up front it would be studying abroad.

In reality, he was sent as a hostage, that could be killed, to the Dragon King Kingdom.

Zanoba was also being exiled from the country.

This side as well was being covered up as studying abroad.

The ones who proposed this were the first and second princes.

Their methods weren't really smart, Zanoba did actually make a mistake as well is what the first and second princes said, but in reality they were just afraid of having an unpredictable nuclear warhead around.

Then, Lilia was released, even after this there are people who were calling her a foreign spy.

Lilia was taking care of Pax, and in the back she was stealing information from Shirone.

Then, in order to prove her innocence, until Lilia makes it to Paul's place she is to be "escorted".

Not to Asura Kingdom, but Paul's place.

Well, even if she was taken to Asura Kingdom, there's no one who could prove her identity there, after all.

Ah, for the time being, Asura Kingdom was her birthplace.

She did try to take remittance, after all.

However, since they do have the relation of husband and wife, it seems she'll be taken to Paul's place.

It seems like the current Paul has stronger ties with Holy Milis Kingdom if you were to ask as well, I'm sure the Asura Kingdom has some weird suspicions about it.

Well, those are all political problems.

If it were up to me, I'd be worried about being killed to have my lips sealed on the way, but it seems Ginger is participating as an escort.

Protecting his shisho's family was supposedly an order from Zanoba.

Part 5

When I was going to leave the Royal Place, Zanoba came begging in tears.

We were able to save Lilia and Aisha and are sending them off to Paul.

And I made a disciple by the name of Zanoba.

I had just intended to move according to the Hitogami's advice.

More or less, there were some points that I didn't arrive at but...
