Well, the irony doesn't refer to the act of gathering talent, but instead to the detail that the current Cao Cao discriminates based on race unlike the original Cao Cao who accepted everyone with merit. To make the connection clearer would require restructuring a few sentences rather than limiting changes to that single sentence. I'll think about it later. --Zzhk (talk) 05:12, 23 August 2012 (CDT)
