Date A Live Volume 5 Chapter 5 is currently being translated, the page has just been prepped- don't ask about when it'll be updated. It's done when it's done.
Also is Volume 4 Chapter 6 the start of Volume 4? vol3 and vol4 are part of 1 big arc so not unusual to see running chapter numbers between volumes.
