| + | Hello, a comment about some of your Index edits of the form < [1st-person monologue], he thought. >. My feeling of how it's commonly done in the English language books I've read is that the [1st-person monologue] has either some form of quotation marks around it, or is italicized, to distinguish it from the surrounding text. Looking for an example in one of the books I have at arm's reach, I found it uses italics. That's just my comment/suggestion, feel free to ignore it without further discussion if you think differently.
