What does "Chino" clothing mean? Is it a misspelling of "China"?

note: "Chino" is a type of clothing, google chino pants for an idea of what Sako Senpai dresses like. Just like western wear is a type of clothing or dress shirts are a type of clothing. (Nerds like us not into fashion of course probably wouldn't recognize it). put it in amazon.com for reference. and no, there is no relation between their word for china and chino whatsoever... not even close.陶磁器-toujiki=china
note: First sale of the year, they called it a 'first' sale and the store is called Western Style Hips...weird name but oh well, and its a different store than "heels".
note: hotel store was finally figured out, it refers to a department store, and was reworded as such.
