I got curious how much effort would be needed to do English versions of the color images, so I cleaned Orba's and Vileena's color images (the answer is more effort than it's worth, at least for me). I figure I might as well finish those two at this point, so I was wondering if anyone could translate the text that appears in those two images? Orba

A gladiator driven away from his village by war since young. A mask imitating the face of a tiger was forcefully put him to make him the splitting image of Mephius' prince.

Vileena

Garbera Kingdom's third princess. At the age of nine, she was taken prisoner and admirably stood up against the rebels. A strong mind princess. She is also Garbera's best airship pilot.

Uploaded English versions of the title page, Orba's color page, Vileena's color page, and the contents page. I choose to replace the background because it made various aspects easier (technically it is color matched to the original background, but it's still a bit different). Half of the reason I made an English title page was so that it wouldn't be the odd one out with a different background. Orba's quote in the chapter was different than the translation here (just in a couple of words), and I used what was in the chapter. Vileena's translated quote here matched the chapter 4 translation, except it was missing one line in the middle. But I used the translation on this page assuming that extra line was not present in the image, and that it only appeared in the middle of the quote in the chapter because of rearrangement in translation.

I can also do any of the other color images in volumes 1 or 2 (I ended up cleaning them all already). Though I think most of the value of translated images comes from making pretty pdfs, which isn't an issue right at the moment. --Cthaeh (talk) 17:41, 19 January 2014 (CST)

• Alright, thanks for doing this. Sorry, but do you mind if I make a small request, and have you change Vileena's description from "A strong minded princess. She is also" to "A strong minded princess, she is also..."? And this might be a personal preference, but on title cover, I think it'd be better if "The Dragon Roars at the Star of Twilight" was centered. You can either just center the 2nd line, or slightly shift the text and have "The Dragon Roars" on the first line, and "at the Star of Twilight" on the 2nd, whichever you think might look better. Dohma did tell me he would translate the images after he finished translating Volume 1, so I'd like to wait a little longer to see if he returns. Either way, I'll be completing Volume 2 before I consider finishing up Volume 1, so it won't make too big a difference. I'll post the descriptions at least an estimated 2 weeks before I finish a volume, so that should give you enough time to make the edits, or there's always the option of leaving this to someone else. --Detalz (talk) 23:34, 25 January 2014 (CST)
