'Kuro Usagi recovered from her distress and started emanating an aura of rage from her whole body, changing her hair color from glossy black to light red.' - Does it really say 'Glossy Black' and 'Light Red' in the LN because in the illustration Kuro Usagi has blue and pink hair and in the anime too. I'm just curious. ----Code 06 (talk) 13:04, 18 April 2013 (CDT)

It's not. It reads closer to "Dark hair" since 黒 (Black) and 黒い (Dark) are different. I had an issue when reading this, though only for a little bit. Her hair is a darker blue, though I guess it's hard to tell with the coloration shown in images. -- EnigmaticAxiom (talk) 13:15 18, April, 2013 (CST)

[黒い] (adj) black, dark . It is indeed can be interpreted as dark, but since her name is Black Rabbit if translated, I opted for translating it as black hair and not just dark hair, since there is no mention of anythin blue. But if later in the novels it's mentioned that she has blue hair, then I have no problem with changing it. --Firebird (talk) 09:35, 19 April 2013 (CDT)

黒い 黒 are both black, in fact they are the same word, one: an adj and the other: a noun. In either instances, they are pretty much always used as black. --KuroiHikari (Talk | ) 09:59, 19 April 2013 (CDT)

Thanks for clearing it up! --Firebird (talk) 10:38, 19 April 2013 (CDT)

Thanks for the info! ---Code 06 (talk) 14:56, 18 April 2013 (CDT)

< After took Jin's hand and started passing through the Outer Gate with a cheerful smile. > is this part supposed to be "They took Jin's hand.."?

Wow, I messed that one up nicely. Should be: "Asuka took Jin's hand and started...". Thank you for the corrections! Firebird (talk) 16:42, 18 April 2013 (CDT)

I think 'Bloodline' sounds better than 'Household' and fits more with the text. What do you think? ---Code 06 (talk) 12:48, 1 May 2013 (CDT)

I wasn't sure what to translate kenzoku as, since there is no clear mention in the text so far that they are blood related or just high ranked subordinates. That is why I first choose to translate it as Family, but in the Magi anime it was translated as Household which I thought was more fitting, since it means that they are close, but not necessarily blood related. I imagine the Creator as something like the supreme king of Little Garden so I tried to draw a parallel to Royal Households. So I think I would leave this in for now until it's clear how the Rabbits are related to the Creator, if that is ok with you? --Firebird (talk) 13:10, 1 May 2013 (CDT)

No problem with me, I was just wondering since I saw you changed it. ----Code 06 (talk) 13:39, 1 May 2013 (CDT)

Can't wait to see Izayoi fighting the Snake Goddess. --Black Ice Prince (talk) 06:46, 12 May 2013 (CDT)

Code 06, I noticed you changed the ~s to dashes. Can I ask about the reason for that? I intended those to indicate a type of speaking style for those sentences, but it seems it's not that obvious to everyone. --Firebird (talk) 07:15, 25 June 2013 (CDT)

Sorry I just notice. I thought that you used '~' to make the word longer (instead of Jinnnn = Jin~ or Jin—) so I changed it to a long dash. Sorry for not asking before changing it. --Code 06 (talk) 07:32, 25 June 2013 (CDT)

No problem! I just thought if it's all the same to you, I would like them to remain as ~s. --Firebird (talk) 07:43, 25 June 2013 (CDT)

No problem. I'll keep that in mind for future edits. --Code 06 (talk) 07:48, 25 June 2013 (CDT)
