- Double quotation marks shouldn't be used as they usually denote speech or a quote and things like "I am really "sorry"" would look weird. And star is usually used to denote sound effects. It's easier to denote emphasis using bold or sarcasm using italics, or using single quotes for either. Like : "I am really sorry" or "I am really 'sorry'" and "If you don't tell me the truth, I will seriously kill you..." --Rohan123 (talk) 04:50, 25 July 2013 (CDT)
