2			駄目だ… これ以上は、眠れない。	It's useless… I won’t be able to sleep at this rate.
3			何度目を閉じても、何も考えないことに意識を集中しても、 醒めてしまった目と覚めてしまった頭はどうしようもない。	No matter how hard I try to close my eyes, and no matter how much I try to not think about anything, I can’t do anything about how wide awake I am.
4			枕元の時計は、八時。 でも『あの日から二日後』の八時。	The bedside clock shows that it's 8 o'clock. It's 8 o'clock two days after that day, though.
5			３０時間の睡眠は、 俺の頭と体から、全ての疲労を取り除いてしまっていた。	30 consecutive hours of sleep have washed away all of my tiredness from head to toe.
6	春希	Haruki	「はぁ…ぁ…」	"Aah… ah…"
7			明るくなってきた天井を見続けるのにも飽きて、 俺は、よせばいいのに視線を横に向けてしまう。	I shift my gaze to the side, fed up with the view of the well-lit ceiling above me.
8			『んふふ～』なんて馬鹿っぽい寝ぼけ声で、 だらけた寝返りを打つ奴なんかいないって知ってるのに。	Even though I’m aware that a certain person who makes silly noises and lazily tosses and turns on the bed as she's half-asleep isn’t here anymore.
9			いないってことを知ってて、それを確認するだけで、 心臓に鉛の冷たさと重さがのしかかるって知ってるのに。	And even though I'm aware that the moment I confirm the truth of her absence, my heart will become as cold and heavy as lead.

11			泣いてるのかを確認するのも怖い。 今年の冬は、こんなことばっかりだ。	I'm even afraid of checking whether or not I'm crying. This is all I’ve been doing throughout the winter this year.
12			一度目は、頑張って抜け出した。	I first tried to get out of this state through effort.
13			一つのことに打ち込み、心をいっぱいにして、 昔の、元気だった自分に力を分けてもらった。	I tried to focus my heart and soul on a single task in order to gain the strength I had when I was still my old, healthy self.
14			二度目は、頑張らずに抜け出した。	Then, I tried to snap out of it without effort.
15			ただ甘いぬるま湯で、とろけるまで温められ、 ゆっくりと、冷たくなった心を溶かしてもらった。	I simply soaked myself in the fragrant hot water as I melted from its warmth, allowing my cold heart to slowly melt along with it.
16			そして三度目は…	And as for the third time…
17			頑張った先に何があるか見えない。 頑張らないでいたら、あっという間に凍えてしまう。	I can't see what lies at the end of my efforts. The moment I stop trying, I freeze up in the blink of an eye.
18			ただ… 雪菜に対して、してしまった仕打ちは消せない。	It's just… I cannot erase all that I've done to Setsuna.
